ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 38

Regulation 127 amended

    (1)     In the heading to regulation 127 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for " 12 " substitute " 12, 15A ".

    (2)     In regulation 127(1) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020—

        (a)     for "12 or 16E" substitute "12, 15A or 16E";

        (b)     in paragraph (a), for "125(1)" substitute "121 or 125";

        (c)     in paragraph (b), for "125(2)" substitute "121 or 125".

    (3)     In regulation 127(2) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "125(2)" substitute "121 or 125".

    (4)     In regulation 127(3) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "12" substitute "12, 15A".

    (5)     In regulation 127(4) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "12" substitute "12, 15A".
