ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 41

    (1)     In regulation 131(1) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "a short term" substitute "an".

    (2)     For regulation 131(2) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020 substitute —    

    "(2)         The application must be in the approved form and include the following information—

        (a)     the personal particulars or the corporation particulars of the person seeking the unregistered vehicle permit for a vehicle;

        (b)     the vehicle particulars;

        (c)     the proposed garage address of the vehicle.

    (3)     The application must be accompanied by—

        (a)     the relevant fee specified in Schedule 5; and

        (b)     any transport accident charge payable under the Transport Accident Act 1986 .".
