For regulation 203(3) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020 substitute —
"(3) If the Secretary suspends or cancels the tester's licence, the Secretary must give the person a written notice—
(a) of either the period of the suspension of the licence or that the licence has been cancelled, as the case may be; and
(b) of the period for which the person is disqualified from reapplying for a licence (if applicable); and
(c) of the person's right to an internal review of the decision under Division 2 of Part 2.12 of Chapter 2.
Note
Section 15A(5) of the Act provides a right of appeal to the Magistrates' Court against a decision of the Secretary to suspend or cancel the tester's licence.".
