Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) In regulation 210(3) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "tester must give efficient service to any person presenting a vehicle for examination and testing within the limits of the tester's licence and, if asked by the person," substitute "tester, if asked by a person presenting a vehicle for examination and testing, must".
(2) In regulation 210(4) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "a person employed or authorised by a licensed tester to examine and test vehicles and ensure those persons properly discharge" substitute "an examining mechanic to ensure the examining mechanic properly discharges".
(3) In regulation 210(6)(b) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "7" substitute "14".
