ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 83

Schedule 3—Demerit points

    (1)     In the table in Schedule 3 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2019—

(a)     in Column 2 of item 11, for "RS(V)R 240(1)" substitute "RS(V)IR 233(1)";

(b)     in Column 1 of item 15, omit "towing";

(c)     in Column 2 of item 15, for "RS(V)R" substitute "RS(V)IR";

(d)     in Column 2 of item 34, for "RS(V)R 240(1)" substitute "RS(V)IR 233(1)".

    (2)     At the foot of the table in Schedule 3 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2019 , for ""RS(V)R" means the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009" substitute " "RS(V)IR " means the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020".
