ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (FEES) INTERIM REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 10 OF 2012) - REG 5

Schedule 3—Fees for registration and renewal of registration

    (1)     After clause (2)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations insert —

    "(ab)     in the case of a vehicle other than a heavy vehicle and for the period starting on 1 April 2012 and ending on 29 March 2013, 18·54 fee units; or".

    (2)     In clause (2) of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, for "paragraph (a) or (b)" substitute "paragraph (a), (ab) or (b)".
