ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) (LEARNER APPROVED MOTOR CYCLE SCHEME AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 59 OF 2008) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 1999 to prescribe offences for which traffic infringement notices may be issued and the penalties for those infringements.
