Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009—
(a) to replace the reference to regulation 18 of the Road Management (Works and Infrastructure) Regulations 2005 in the provision relating to the payment of fees into the Road Corporation's general fund with a reference to the new remade provision under the Road Management (Works and Infrastructure) Regulations 2015 ; and
(b) to, consistently with the amendments made by the Victoria Police Amendment (Consequential and Other Matters) Act 2014 , update the language in Schedule 4 to refer to a police officer or police officers instead of a member or members.
