ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 130 OF 2009) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 to prescribe certain offences in the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 and the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009 to be traffic infringements.
