Appropriation of fines

In regulation 84(c)(i)(B) of the Principal Regulations, for "Division 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 of Part 2, Part 4, Part 5 or Part 8 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1999" substitute "Part 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 or 2.7 of Chapter 2, Chapter 4, Chapter 5 or Chapter 8 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009".
