ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AMENDMENT (TRACTOR) REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 26 OF 2012) - REG 4

In regulation 9 of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009—

        (a)     after paragraph (a) insert —

    "(ab)     a tractor; or"; and

        (b)     in paragraph (c), for "tonnes." substitute "tonnes; or"; and

        (c)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     a tractor that is towing a trailer of any size.".
