10 Minor consequential amendments

(1) In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations, in the definition of "primary producer vehicle", before "Schedule 3" insert "the Table to".
(2) In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations, in the definition of "registration fee", before "regulation 101" insert "section 9 of the Act or".
(3) In regulation 43(1)(c) of the Principal Regulations, for "clause 3 of Schedule 3" substitute "regulation 102(2)".
(4) The Note at the foot of regulation 43(1) of the Principal Regulations is revoked .
(5) In regulation 68(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations, for "clause 3 of Schedule 3;]" substitute "regulation 102(2);".
(6) The Note at the foot of regulation 68(1) of the Principal Regulations is revoked .
(7) In regulation 76(b) of the Principal Regulations, for "Schedule 3" substitute "Schedule 5".
(8) In item 13(a) of the Table to Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations, for "category 3," substitute "light motor vehicle or a category".
