ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 12 OF 2016) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to—

        (a)     make consequential amendments to the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 as a result of the commencement of the Road Safety Amendment Act 2015 ; and

        (b)     provide that certain matters prescribed in the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 are prescribed for the purpose of section 83A of the Road Safety Act 1986 ; and

        (c)     provide for certain fees received by the Corporation to be paid by the Corporation into its general fund.
