ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 12 OF 2016) - REG 12

In regulation 85A of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in paragraph (a), for "regulation 701 of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2005" substitute " regulation 27 of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016 ";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), for "proposed works)." substitute "proposed works); and";

        (c)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     fees payable under regulation 23(4) of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016 (consent fees for hoardings and advertisements).".
