ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 79 OF 2017) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009—

        (a)     as a consequence of the enactment of the provisions of the Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2016 relating to miniaturised motor cycles; and

        (b)     to provide for a new definition of testing officer; and

        (c)     to provide that infringement notices may be served with respect to certain offences.
