ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT (ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL) REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 80 OF 2010) - REG 5

    (1)     In clause 175(2)(d) of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations, after "a model" insert ", or a variant of a model,".

    (2)     In clause 175(3) of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations, for "day on which a compliance plate is first affixed to it" substitute "date shown on the vehicle's compliance plate".
