ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (PORTABLE WEIGHING DEVICES) REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 100 OF 2016) - REG 7
Certificate as to testing and sealing portable weighing devices
In regulation 65(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "A person in the
Engineering Department of the University of Melbourne" substitute
"A person authorised by the Corporation under regulation 61(5)".
