ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) (YOUNG DRIVERS) INTERIM REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 72 OF 2007) - REG 12

    (1)     After the final item in the table set out at the foot of regulation 301 of the Principal Regulations insert the following item—

"Probationary driver driving a high powered motor vehicle

RS(D)R 211A

3".

    (2)     In the table set out at the foot of regulation 301 of the Principal Regulations, in column 3 relating to the third and fourth offence for "3" substitute "10".
