RAIL SAFETY FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 113 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Rail Safety Regulations 2006—

        (a)     by prescribing the matters and information that must be contained in the system and arrangements required to be established and maintained by private siding operators; and

        (b)     by prescribing a new preliminary breath test device for the purposes of section 77 of the Rail Safety Act 2006 .
