Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Concession Fees) Regulations 2004 to provide that the fee for the registration of a vehicle in the name of an eligible beneficiary or a spouse or domestic partner of an eligible beneficiary continues to be 50% of the base fee.
