ROAD SAFETY (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) AMENDMENT (PENINSULA LINK) REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 162 OF 2012) - REG 3

    (1)     In regulation 4 of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009 ^[1] insert the following definition—

" Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation has the same meaning as in the Road Management Act 2004 ;".

    (2)     In regulation 4 of the Road Safety (Traffic Management) Regulations 2009, in the definition of responsible road authority —

        (a)     in paragraph (c)     after "the Freeway Corporation;" insert "and"; and

        (b)                 after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     the Peninsula Link Freeway Corporation;".
