ROAD SAFETY (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 129 OF 2009) - REG 35

A person must not—

        (a)     throw, drop, place, leave; or

        (b)     cause or permit to be thrown, dropped or placed—

    on a road, any destructive or injurious material, or a substance or thing, that is likely to endanger a person, animal or vehicle.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
