RAIL SAFETY (LOCAL OPERATIONS) (DRUG AND ALCOHOL CONTROLS) REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 78 OF 2017) - REG 1
Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to promote safe rail operations in
Victoria by prescribing requirements for drug and alcohol controls for rail
safety workers.
