RAIL SAFETY (LOCAL OPERATIONS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 23 OF 2016) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Rail Safety (Local Operations) Regulations 2006 as a consequence of the enactment of the Road Legislation Amendment Act 2016 .
