ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 82 OF 2004) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1999 to—

        (a)     make amendments that are consequential upon the commencement of certain provisions of the Road Management Act 2004 ; and

        (b)     substitute the reference to the Load Restraint Guide in regulation 802(2) with an updated reference to that guide.
