ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 82 OF 2004) - REG 7

In clause 3 of Schedule 8 to the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1999, in the definition of "transport enforcement vehicle", for paragraph (b) substitute —

    "(b)     the Transport Act 1983 ; or

        (c)     the Road Management Act 2004 ;".
