Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 83 of the Act, a certificate in relation to the testing and sealing of a road safety camera or a speed detector is in the prescribed form if it is in the form set out in Schedule 3.
(2) A testing officer is authorised to sign a certificate referred to in subregulation (1).
