ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) (REGISTRATION RENEWAL) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 145 OF 2005) - REG 5

In regulation 223(2) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1999, for paragraph (e) substitute —

    "(e)     in the case of a heavy vehicle that is the subject of a nomination under regulation 219(3)—the start date; and".
