Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A driver must not stop in a works zone unless the driver is driving a vehicle that is engaged in construction work in or near the zone.
Penalty: 2 penalty units.
(2) A works zone is a length of a road to which a works zone sign applies.
