ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2020 (SR NO 121 OF 2020) - REG 15

    (1)     In the heading to rule 406 of the Principal Rules, for " Accompanying licensed drivers " substitute " Supervising drivers ".

    (2)     For rule 406(1)(b) of the Principal Rules substitute —

    "(b)     "supervising driver" has the same meaning as in the Road Safety Act 1986 .".

    (3)     In rule 406(2) of the Principal Rules, for "An accompanying licensed driver" substitute "A supervising driver".
