ROAD SAFETY ROAD RULES AMENDMENT RULES 2020 (SR NO 121 OF 2020) - REG 18

Starting a right turn from a multi-lane road

    (1)     In rule 32(1)(c) of the Principal Rules, for "driver." substitute "driver; or".

    (2)     After rule 32(1)(c) of the Principal Rules insert —

    "(d)     the lane is a bus only lane.".

    (3)     In note 1 at the foot of rule 32(1) of the Principal Rules, after "subrule (3)." insert " Bus only lane is defined in rule 154A.".
