ROAD SAFETY (VEHICLES) (HEAVY VEHICLES FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 37 OF 2008) - REG 9

    (1)     In Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations, in clause (3)(a) for "the National Schedule" substitute "Schedule 4A".

    (2)     In the Table to Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations—

        (a)             in items 4 and 17 for "Part 2 of the National Schedule with an MRC exceeding 4·5 tonnes" substitute "Schedule 4A";

        (b)             in item 6(4) for "Part 2 of the National Schedule" substitute "Schedule 4A".
