RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES AMENDMENT (INFRINGEMENTS) REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 79 OF 2012) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2008 to prescribe offences under section 142B of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 as infringement offences and prescribe infringement penalties for those offences.
