RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (CARAVAN PARKS AND MOVABLE DWELLINGS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 48 OF 2020) - REG 38
Movable dwelling must not be installed without compliance plate
A person must not install an unregistrable movable dwelling or rigid annexe in
a caravan park unless it bears a compliance plate referred to in
regulation 37.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
