RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (CARAVAN PARKS AND MOVABLE DWELLINGS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 48 OF 2020) - REG 43
Change of use of structure
A person must not use a non-habitable structure as a dwelling or part of a
dwelling unless the use has been approved by the council.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
