RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (CARAVAN PARKS AND MOVABLE DWELLINGS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 48 OF 2020) - REG 46

    (1)     An owner of a movable dwelling in a caravan park must maintain the dwelling if it is hired to a short term occupier—

        (a)     in working order; and

        (b)     in a good state of repair; and

        (c)     in a clean, sanitary and hygienic condition.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.

    (2)     An owner of a movable dwelling in a caravan park must maintain the dwelling—

        (a)     in a good state of repair; and

        (b)     in a clean, sanitary and hygienic condition.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.
