RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES (CARAVAN PARKS AND MOVABLE DWELLINGS REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 48 OF 2020) - REG 47
Maintenance of sites
Each resident or short term occupier in a caravan park must keep the site
clean and free of any thing or substance that may affect the health and safety
of other persons.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
