SUPREME COURT (E-FILING AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) RULES 2018 (SR NO 58 OF 2018) - REG 1

The objects of these Rules are—

        (a)     to amend Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court to make further provision in relation to electronic filing in the Court;

        (b)     to consequentially amend other Chapters of the Rules; and

        (c)     to make a minor amendment to Form 5E.
