SUPREME COURT (E-FILING AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) RULES 2018 (SR NO 58 OF 2018) - REG 10

    (1)     For Rule 6.03(2) of the Principal Rules substitute —

    "(2)     Subject to paragraph (2.1), in the case of originating process, the copy for service shall be sealed in accordance with Rule 5.11.".

    (2)     In Rule 6.03(2.1) of the Principal Rules, for "Rule 28A.07" substitute "that Order".
