SUPREME COURT (ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE) RULES 2023 (SR NO 125 OF 2023) - REG 1.03

    (1)     These Rules come into operation on 1 March 2024.

    (2)     The following Rules are revoked —

        (a)     the Supreme Court (Administration and Probate) Rules 2014 ^[1] ;

        (b)     the Supreme Court (Chapters II and III Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2019 ^[2] ;

        (c)     the Supreme Court (Probate E-filing and Other Amendments) Rules 2019 ^[3] ;

        (d)     the Supreme Court (Chapter III Emergency Measures Amendment) Rules 2020 ^[4] .

    (3)     These Rules apply to any application in the Court made on or after 1 March 2024.

    (4)     Subject to Rule 2.07, Chapter III of the Rules of the Supreme Court as in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules continues to apply to an application in the Court commenced before 1 March 2024 as if these Rules had not been made.
