SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2005 (SR NO 148 OF 2005) - REG 29.03

A party upon whom a notice for discovery is served shall make discovery of documents within 42 days after—

        (a)     service of the notice; or

        (b)     the day upon which the notice is taken by virtue of Rule 29.02(3) to have been served—

whichever is the later.
