Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) At any stage of a proceeding the Court may give any direction for the conduct of the proceeding which it thinks conducive to its effective, complete, prompt and economical determination.
(2) A party may apply for directions on the hearing either of a summons filed for the purpose or of a summons for other relief.
