Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Except for special reason an order for the sale of land under Rule 55.02 shall not be made unless notice in writing has been given to every person interested in the land, whether or not a party.
(2) An order for sale—
(a) shall state whether notice has been given to every person interested in the land; and
(b) if it has not, shall state what special reason exists for making the order notwithstanding.
