Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A claim by third party notice shall be commenced by filing a third party notice in the Court whereupon the third party shall become a party to the proceeding.
(2) A third party notice shall be filed and served on the third party in the same manner as originating process is filed and served on a defendant.
