SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 (SR NO 103 OF 2015) - REG 18.01

This Order applies where numerous persons have the same interest in any proceeding, but does not apply to—

        (a)     a proceeding under Part 4A of the Act;

        (b)     a proceeding concerning—

              (i)     the administration of the estate of a deceased person; or

              (ii)     property subject to a trust.
