Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsIf the Prothonotary is not satisfied that a document sought to be filed in the Court electronically complies with the requirements of the Rules, the Prothonotary shall send an electronic communication to the authorised provider advising—
(a) that the document has not been accepted for filing in the Court; and
(b) the reason it was not accepted for filing.
