Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A party, by notice served on another party, may admit, in favour of the other party, for the purpose of the proceeding only, the facts specified in the notice.
(2) A party, by leave of the Court, may withdraw an admission made in accordance with paragraph (1).
