Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsRules 66.06 and 66.07 apply, with any necessary modification, where by or under any Act the Court has authority to compel by subpoena the attendance of a person for the purpose of giving evidence or producing any document or thing for evidence in any court or before any person having by law or by consent of parties authority to hear, receive and examine evidence.
