Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the judgment creditor shall, not less than seven days before the day for hearing named in the garnishee summons, serve the summons and a copy of each affidavit used on the application for an order under Rule 71.04 on the garnishee personally and on the judgment debtor.
(2) A garnishee summons shall not be served on a garnishee out of Victoria.
