SUPREME COURT (GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE) RULES 2015 (SR NO 103 OF 2015) - REG 71.10

If on the hearing of the garnishee summons the garnishee disputes liability to pay the debt attached, the Court may—

        (a)     determine the question of liability; or

        (b)     give directions for the trial of the question.
